Who May Apply

Individuals seeking Pro Bono services must typically satisfy one or more of the following:

  • Demonstrated financial hardship
  • Qualify under categories listed by NALSA or State Legal Services Authorities
  • Victims of certain offences, marginalized communities, or persons with disabilities
  • Cases involving significant public interest (evaluated solely by CHSCLegal)
